Bad Service, weed smell
When we were checking in, it was 10 pm, and the staff had already shut down all the lights in the lobby. I understand the lobby closed at 10pm. However, the staff seemed impatient, quickly processed my check-in, and gave us the key card. And that's it. He even didn't tell us the checkout time and the breakfast time. And when we entered the hotel from the back door (it's closer to our room), we smelled the weed and the smell followed us to the room ... a non-smoking room. When we entered the room, the A/C was off, which made the smell even stronger because the air outside the door was sinking into the room. My wife and I really hate the smell but had to sleep with it ... horrible!

There were a few issues with the room we had: 1) it was on the second floor and the hotel did not have an elevator (am thinking the individuals with access needs might stay on the first floor?) 2) the toilet in the restroom had water that was running - waste in an agricultural community 3) the drawers in the dresser would open periodically without being touched - could be an issue for someone tripping on the open drawer 4) could not change the channels on the TV - perhaps the remote was not working? 5) upon checkout, we would have let the person at the front desk know, but no one was at the front desk, so we left our keys

Everytime we come back to the room it smells like pee. Upon checking in, the toilet didn't flush, tried calling front desk the phone didn't work either. I've stayed at Best Western in different places and so far this one is the worse.

The property had no elevator. The GPS takes you to the wrong area to get there. The road is closed. They threw away my friends toothbrush. They didn’t clean the beds. They only folded the towels. We didn’t receive towels. We just received what was left of The towels and folded them
