Horrific Experience!
Horrible experience overall! The room was filthy. Everything was falling apart. Blinds were broken, carpet had holes all over, tile around the jet tub was missing a huge panel, dents and damage to all the walls, cupboards and the fridge. There were food stains on the walls. Dirty oil hand prints on the doors. Mold all over the bathroom. There were black hairs all over the tub, shower and sink and all of them had soap residue like they had just been used. Mirrors were dirty. A layer of dust over everything. Karaoke night at the downstairs bar and walls were paper thin. It’s also across from a fire station, so sirens going off all night. Something is majorly wrong with their plumbing because large chunks of sediment kept coming out of the tap when turned on. The heater never stopped running, so it was 30 degrees. When their handyman came to look at it, his solution was to turn the heat off completely - so either freezing or overheated. I have environmental allergies (molds, grains etc) and when I woke up in the morning, my allergies were so bad my eyes had swollen almost shut. Asked for a manager numerous times and was told that we could talk to one in the morning. Never did talk to one, but we checked out in the morning and spent our second night at a better hotel.

Great staff working with unfortunate circumstances
The front desk staff were phenomenal, friendly, and accommodating. But, there seems to be a standing protocol to handle complaints about mould throughout the room. The building seemed to be under renovation, so hopefully it will be ALL repaired soon

Under construction
We were not made aware that it was under construction when it was booked. The pool was closed which we were also not aware of. We received an older unrenovated room as they were sold out. It was stifling hot and the air conditioning didnt work. We asked to move the next night and the new room was much better. Front desk was extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was good.

I did not get shuttle from and to the airport and
It was good. I did not get any shuttle service. Spent $43 on uber going to the hotel and $65 for going back to the airport. Its extra expense which was not supposed to be paid by me, I wish they should pay at least one way fair. Also toilet was not working properly on 2nd day. Thank god it was fixed within 15minutes,Quick service. Appreciate this

Older dated hotel
The hotel is dated, they are doing renovations to the lobby. The room needs a bit of care as alot of parts are starting to fall apart and need some attention. The room was clean.

Great family stay
This is our favourite spot to stay downtown. It is a quick walk to Roger’s Place and they are very friendly at the front desk. We are also happy with the parking available.

Awful… we left
The place was a hole. We came from the airport after midnight and were tired yet immediately so that the hotel was deplorable. The inside seemed to either be under construction, or fixing problems. We went up to our role in the hallways, smelled horribly - combination of mold and smoke. I said that if this continued in our room, we were checking out immediately. And then I added that ig were not comfortable staying here we would leave The sheets in bed did not leave us with a good or clean feeling, and I stayed up for hours. We left soon after we woke and spoke. Hotel manager made an exception and canceled the rest of our reservation - with both of us needing to contact Hotels.com. When we were picked up by a taxi to take us to our new hotel, we were told by the taxi driver that this place never rebounded after Covid and that many transient were using this hotel. If possible, I would’ve left zero stars not one. No one should ever stay here. Hotels.com should immediately remove this location from its site. I had to call many times to document our stay to achieve a refund with no cancellation fees. I am so disgusted that we had to pay our one night that we were there. Hotels.com is supposed to be a trustworthy and reliable service app they failed miserably here and need to work to remedy this situation before I ever feel comfortable using them again.

A lovely stay for our anniversary
I loved using the spa bath, the room was lovely and the bed was a little harder than we might have hoped. The livingroom area was nice and we enjoyed a dance in it. Will definitely consider renting it again.
