Don't be fooled
The name made me think it would be a good stay because normally this franchise is a great pick. We picked this hotel because they a jacuzzi suite and me and my man was looking for a good little getaway for the night. The welcome mat was the first red flag. It was filthy. There's was all kind of garbage on the elevator. Outlets were hanging out the wall leading to the room. The room looked ok and the bed was clean and bed bug free but when we lost the cell phone and had to move the bed, there was all kind of garbage hidden behind it. The carpet had white stains all around the bed which I assumed were seamen because clearly it's a hoe MOTEL. We never even used the Jacuzzi because it was full of hair and we didn't bring bleach spray to clean it. The hotel has potential but clearly the owners didn't care. I will never book again

At the time I check in the clerk, check me in without an issue, but gave me the wrong room key and when I try to explain to them, they want to argue that that’s not the type of role that I reserved but said that they were giving me a complementary upgrade, even though I had already reserved that room and I did show them that I reserved that room. They basically tried to give me a king suite when I reserved a king suite with a Jacuzzi in it. I did not like the fact in order to turn the Jets on. I had to walk halfway across the room. every time it shut off. It was not properly vented, and some of the lights didn’t work in the room.

La Quinta needs to revoke their license to use the name. This place is not worthy of Motel 6 really bad shape, but the hallways were filthy subpar all around. Staff was very nice!

We were there last year and we were told that it was going to be renovated and not much was changed. The breakfast choices are alot less and more generic. The pool has been down for the last 4 years. The room we stayed in smelled of dog pee as we walked in. There were a ton of spots on the carpet. The bathroom door was hard to open and close. There was dried pee on the side of the toilet.

We usually stay at this hotel for Oktoberfest as it's in walking distance. Last year, the pool was closed for maintenance. This year, we booked, and the booking no longer indicated the pool was closed. My SO needs the water therapy for his back & knee. He was in so much pain that we cut our trip short & headed home early. No offer for any compensation, not even a refund for the day we didn't stay. It seems to be under new management or ownership, but there is NO attention to detail, by housekeeping, by the desk, or amenities. There have been vending machines available in the past, but now outside of the breakfast, there are no drinks or snacks available on site. The rooms are clean at a glance, but mirrors are streaked, corners are dirty, furniture is stained, etc. It appears they have attempted to update the facility, but wallpaper & floorcoverings can only help so much. I basically paid over $300 for 1 night in a 1-2 star max hotel. For that money, I would expect a better experience.

At check in 2 different people were asking for refunds, should’ve joined them. Floors were sticky, no toilet paper in the bathroom or even a spot for it, blood on the bathroom door, some blob of something on the floor, hair in the shower, stained couch, broken dresser, breakfast was waffle or fruit loops, pool was broken, elevator was broken, and overall funky smell. Will not be back. Feeling catcished by the pics online.

We reserved a room with two queen beds and fold out sofa for 6 people. There was no sofa, just a small chair. When I asked if they had a roll away I was told no. I asked for sheets and blankets and they told us to come down to the front desk to get them. The pool was closed due to construction.

I will say the stay was quiet, didn’t hear much noise during the night. However, the room wasn’t overly clean, the doors were really dirty, floors weren’t very clean, and the bedding had hairs and the pillows had an odd smell. We had booked for 3 people, and there was a pull out sofa. The sofa itself was dirty and the mattess was very worn down, very stained, and there was no bedding for it. We got in late from a concert or would have probably asked for bedding, but thought there would be extra for the sofa bed and 3rd guest.

Would not refund me. Lied and said I stayed in the room for 4 hours when In reality I walked in & right back out. Ridiculous. I’ll never book through Travelocity again or at this hotel. I’ve never had these issues.
