Street Noise
We spent one night at this location prior to a cruise. I chose this hotel for its proximity to the beach. We arrived just after 3 PM and were told the room was not ready, which is my first complaint. Once we were allowed to check in we were charged a resort fee of $50 which was suppose to cover 2 bottles of water in room, beach towels, chairs, bicycles, etc. but by the time we could check in the sun was already starting to set, there really was no time for the beach, so in essence we paid a resort fee for 2 bottles of water. My biggest complaint however was the street noise which continued past 2 AM, car horns, radios, and loud mororcycles, made it impossible to sleep. The windows might as well have been wide open because they did nothing to block the noise. The hotel was close to 2 pharmacies, restaurants, and souvenir shops but the street noise was just too much. I would not stay here again.

Terrible customer service and False Advertising
I booked two rooms and pay through Hotels.com when I checked in the hotel told me that they themselves had canceled one room, but they would rebook it for $700 more. After going back-and-forth with them for almost an hour, they promised me free breakfast and oceanfront view for both rooms. We checked in about 5 PM and we’re told that the rooms would not be ready until about 8 PM but they would hold our luggage. When we finally got to our rooms, one had a partial ocean view, and the other one was staring at Construction when I went down to the front desk again to ask why we did not get the rooms that we were promised after paying $700 more they told me there was nothing they could do about it but I could leave if I wanted. There was also mold and mildew on the ceilings. The sink leaked and we had ice cold showers for three days because they said their water heater wasn’t working. I didn’t take a photo of the construction work out my window but I should have and it was very loud until late at night

We had a nice stay. The hotel was very busy because of the NY holiday. At times the front desk was overwhelmed and the wait times were long. The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was great. My only complaint is the condition of our room. Our balcony door did not close, there were outlets that didn’t work and our phone didn’t work. Maintenance responded quickly but could not fix the issues. Additionally, one night there was such noise in the hall from maintenance having to knock down the door next to us.

Limpieza excelente , el trato de los empleados muy amables. Pero no veo justo q si te hospedas en el hotel pagues $25 mas ivu por cada dia de el estacionamiento. La primera vez q estuve me incluyo desayuno y estacionamiento y no tuve q pagar nada adicional como esta Vez.

Pros: - Convenient Location a few steps from the beach, restaurants and bars. - Friendly staff ready to accommodate any of your needs - Ample sized parking, comfy bed - Pool and spa opened 24 hours Cons: - Dated facilities, dusty rooms with some mold - 45 dollar a day fee plus your room fare, I forgot to read the fine print on this one, I would’ve probably stayed elsewhere if I’ve known. - Thin windows/walls meant that it was noisy, we actually requested a room change due to not being able to sleep for two nights because of the loud noises. - Breakfast could be better. Same 4-5 options each day. Overall it was our first stay in PR and the experience was ok, we will probably go with a better option next time we return.

The hotel was conveniently located by a lot of great attractions beach, casinos, and restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was the pool was very dirty, and a lot of the wall plugs didn’t work
