No matter how hard you try you can’t polish a turd
My family lived in this hotel the last 8 months. Rooms are small and dirty. Hotel got new owners back in the fall & started construction without ever notifying us ahead of time. Had to change rooms a total of 4 times because of it, except the first time was because the A/C didn’t work. Last room was “remodeled” (just repainted, different furniture, changed bathroom door) & no phone, the toilet ran constantly, sink faucet was so clogged water barely dribbled out, missing covers on the outlets, toilet paper holder broken, smelled like pee, and they got rid of the “premium tv channels”. No ice machine. Never got to swim in the pool because it was only open maybe 3 weeks out of the whole time. No access to clean sheets or towels except when the maids are there. 2 weeks ago a fire fighter told us that they shouldn’t be open because of all the fire code violations & the alarm system not working. Smoke detector in our room beeped for 3 days straight with no explanation or apology. Fire exit door on the lower level has been broken for months. Employee sexually assaulted a friend of mine. The new owners are cheap, stuck up, nosey, and rude. We caught staff listening outside of rooms. Returned from a shopping trip to find staff going thru our room. Weren’t allowed guests in our room even other hotel guests. Witnessed multiple deaths- shootings, & overdoses; drug use, domestic violence, & prostitution. Didn’t feel safe enough to go outside alone or at night. Should have moved sooner.

Unknowlegable employees. i would be embarrassed
No ice machine , no hairdryers no broncos game on plain old regular TV .what happened to NBC CBS AND ABC NETWORKS Tv won't work . They expect you to hook up your phone or tablet to have TV . I'm 62 and can't always make that work . Your employees don't know how either. IM here because my bathroom is being totally gutted . Black mold . Been out of home for awhile .i Want a tv ,bronco game . Simple stuff . I want my money back .this is the worse .

Rude and lazy night clerk
The smoke alarm was beeping all night long. The night clerk did not bother to answer the phone and when i went down there at 2am he was on a personal phone call on speaker phone! He did not look for the alarm that was beeping and only said he didn't hear anything. Worst hotel experience ever. I do not recommend this property.

It was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. First of all, they should let people know they are tearing the whole front area up to remodel. It was so dusty and loud they should not be open for business. Then my room, starts with black grim on the shower corners, the bathroom floor boards, and on the floor itself. Then I have a booger on the bathroom wall and a Lougee in the sink., THE KICKER a towel with a dried on booger, the clock was off an hour and that is what I went by for my alarm. Then, it was missing the bathroom door handle and black all over the door then the end tables were burnt and Well the window did not shut and lock, anyone could have crawled up in there at anytime and actually as I was leaving, I took a picture of a bike by an open window where someone had crawled inside. The tv was not set up to work on any channel. I fell asleep, I was exhausted, didn’t even know I dozed off…. I went to the front desk the next morning and the only thing she said to me was “ well, did you let them know last night?” “No” I started, I fell asleep and didn’t even realize it. It was so loud from the remodeling I could hardly hear her. I want either my money back and free night of stay somewhere Due to the failure to report anything about the remodel That is wrong for you to do to customers spending their money and trusting in your hotel recommendations!!! Not ok. Oh and I loved getting asked as I left if i could get any fentanyl ,also dirty tampon in front

I mistakenly booked at this property instead of the Holiday Inn across the street and man did I REGRET it every single night! This place was so disgusting. Mystery stains all over different furniture, missing door handle on the bathroom door, gaps around the room door, all around dirty and dusty. We moved the side table in front of the door at night so we could hear if someone was trying to enter. Learned a valuable lesson of ALWAYS double checking hotel location before booking or getting the trip insurance.

The pictures look great but in reality, the place is a dump. It has a bad odor all the way around in that building. I felt like a lot of people lived here felt like a section 8 Project Place. I checked in and checked out within five minutes and left of how disgusted I was. No wonder if was $80
