Most awful hotel for a Wyndham establishment.
The entire hallway smelled like Marijuana every time myself and my family left our room. When checking in it was assumed that I was staying one night when I had reservations. (Was not asked if I had reservation). In the parking lot there were constantly people hanging out drinking and smoking Marijuana. There was black mold on the ceiling in the room.

The floors aren’t glued down, the bathroom door was incredibly hard to shut and open, there was no vent in the bathroom. We had asked for extra blankets and pillows, when we arrived at midnight there was none in our room as we had a blowup mattress for an extra adult with us. So at midnight after driving 9 hours I had to go ask for bedding and all she could give me was a singular pillow and a comforter, no sheets.

The room was smelling really bad ,the room size was nice since we had a living room with shower/bathroom and a bedroom with shower/bathroom, but In the living room was no tv and a very small light that didn't light up the room at all, behind the bathroom doors we found a handful of Hair and dirt, the coffee area was not clean at all and besides breakfast time you could not get coffee,I checked out earlier then I planned due to the smell in the room, we lit four candles and it still could not cover the smell ( I know you can not really tell by the pic but there was a lot of hair behind the door)

The room had a smoking smell to it. The floors were covered in paint specs, there were no towels when I accessed the room. The air conditioning unit looked like it had been there for decades. I was disappointed, I truly didn’t pay attention to the website. But of course the pictures posted were deceiving as well. Good price though!

Disgusting. Would not give a refund or discount.
The floor was covered in dirt. The walls had blood on them and another had stuff noticeably spilled all down it. The trash can was on bathroom counter. No bag. No soap to wash hands. Smoke alarm was covered with a cloth and then strapped down. WE had to clean the room so we could actually sleep there. Cleaned walls with bleach, swept floor with the broom and dustpan we went and got from front desk. They said they were not authorized to dive a refund or discount. The lobby had stuff spilled all over the floor which was dry and the coffee station had coffee spilled all over the counter. The next day at 10 am the door and the coffee counter still had not been cleaned. They were both directly infront of the check in window which was all glass and the concierge could see both spots. The entire place smelled horrible like curry from the moment the automatic doors opened.absolutely nasty

Property under renovation, I would not stay again.
Well first I had trouble finding it, you had to go to the other side of the road, my GPS kept bringing me to the front of it and it was closed off. 2nd I arrived and checked it, they are still building the location so the place is still being renovated. Third, when I got into the room, the phones did not work and the TV did not work properly, they were still putting in Spectrum. And the elevator did not work, you could look down the shaft to see the elevator shaft (they had it blocked off but that was an issue). The breakfast was waffles that you had to make, small muffins and orange juice that they went and bought from the store. The internet was fast after making a few trip to get the right password. But they tried, you get what you pay for, once they get all the issues worked out, I think it is a nice place.

The area around the properties entrances are surrounded by trash, unkept landscaping, and buildings that look abandoned. The hotel room windows looked dark and old. Then When we arrived at check in, circled the property, there was not one car on the property. The surroundings were so bad we decided not to stay at the hotel!!!!! We felt uncomfortable. We contacted Expedia who says they contacted the hotel and were refused a refund!! Also the pictures of the hotel itself did not look like online. We support small businesses but more accurate pictures of the property and its surrounding should be taken, to help customers make an informed decision. I still want a refund!!!
