Do not recommend
Terrible service - The reception lady was extremely unhelpful and showed zero sympathy to me, an ill guest.
I got fever and was very sick. Thus, I wanted to order room service (even though my room is right next to the hotel cafe - you can picture how uncomfortable i was). When i dialled the number on the menu, it got to the reception. The reception lady insisted me to dial the number again, which i did and it is the same.
First, the lady told me she did not know the room service number - which is ridiculous and unacceptable. Even though they are using a third party for room service, would it be that hard for the reception to have the menu themselves and know the number?
Second, when i explained to her I was sick and i needed room service. She simply said i am sorry but you need to come downstairs to meet me in reception. I proposed to give her the order number and she help me to dial. She refused to do it. I was pretty upset. If i were okay to go downstairs, why would not I go to the cafe just 4 steps away from my room?
At last, i hung up the phone with extreme disappointment. I figured an alternative way to order room service is online (which does not have English version btw) - another ridiculous point about the lady that she does not know this way to order.
I have never been this upset with a hotel before. Do not expect basic courtesy from the reception lady.
And Wifi sucks too! Took minutes to load video or pictures.
