房間舒適，但入住時和接待人員的聯絡令人困惑
櫃台幾乎沒有接待人員，入住拿鑰匙像在解秘密任務。 只能透過whatsapp跟旅館人員聯絡，很不方便。 床舖舒適，浴室乾淨。 旅館位於一般大樓內，若無房間鑰匙的話，搭電梯要投20cent硬幣。

This was a 1 night stay ahead of flying out of Naples. Excellent communications in advance of our stay. Location ideal for easy access walking from the port and then into the old quarter. Room was clean and comfortable and appreciated help in organising a taxi to the airport.

Classic hotel room. Staff was very responsive when contacting. Easily walkable to a lot of sites (especially ferry and metro). Elevator was a plus with luggage. Overall enjoyable stay.

The b&b is in a residential building. Its on 4/5th floor and has an elevator you can use. Pay .20c if using for the first time during off hours. The WhatsApp communication was prompt. Bathroom is tiny but room is big and clean. If you open the balcony door, its noisy from traffic but if you close it and use AC and its loud AC and super dry in the room. I won’t recommend it as it just seemed a bit inconvenient for me..

The room was clean and updated. Great location and service. Ernesto went above and beyond to help us get into our room since our flight was delayed and we arrived after their office hours. He went out of his way to help us to call for taxi and make sure we got to our next destination easily. The location of this B&B is superb for sightseeing and getting to old downtown.

This was probably our favorite hotel of the stay! The room was very big, comfortable bed, very clean inside! We had 2 balconies which was nice. The whole check in seems weird at first but it was actually very convenient. They have an elevator which is great for having large suitcases. Only thing, when you check out, you need to have a coin to get down because it’s operated by a key or coins

Excellent stay in Naples
We had a great stay. The property is easy to find, just a short walk from where the airport bus stops at the port. Despite it being very late, check in was simple with WhatsApp messages advising how to gain entry. The beds are extremely comfortable and we slept extremely well. We had a minor hiccup when we weren't left towels on one occasion but it was very quickly rectified. The position of Depretis 19 was perfect for us, we were able to walk everywhere and the area felt quite safe. There were lots of places to eat and drink nearby. We loved Naples and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Depretis 19, we would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Naples.
