Needs improvement
The furniture was in very poor condition and the floor was very dirty. The positive aspects were the bathrooms was very clean, the water was hot, the bed was comfortable and the heat worked well.

Last Option Only
Very mediocre and not recommended unless its your last option. When checking in the person at the front desk took my ID then left for 5 minutes to go outside with me standing there without an explanation, which was very sketchy. People at the neighboring Red Roof Inn, despite signs saying otherwise, will come in and grab free breakfast. There was clearly an 'effort' to upgrade the facilities, but it is all surface level and the details are ignored. Molding around the room is cracked and my room had part of the ceiling cracking and mold spots. Its just not maintained and there seems to be little effort to improve it. I wouldn't be surprised if you stayed during spring and summer if insects were an issue.

Worst night ever
The hotel itself is not too bad, though the location is not the safest. I was extremely disturb to find that this hotel is welcoming prostitution and drug dealing. Could not sleep all night because of the loud noises and fights.

The good thing was the room was clean. The staff up front was not helpful seemed more interested in playing on his cell phone then checking us in. Not much of a choice on breakfast but if you just need a place to crash and sleep, this inn will work for you.

It was sufficient for the price.
First of all, when I got there there was no one at the front desk. The gentleman waiting in the lobby before me said he had been waiting for 20 minutes. After sitting for another 10 minutes the clerk finally showed ip and took care of us. The room was surface clean but very much in need of deep cleaning and repairs. The bathroom especially needed an overhaul which they seemed to be doing in other rooms as the clerk made me aware. There were also little things like paint peeling and loose baseboards in the room. Fortunately, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet; two major requirements for my trip. So all and all, I give them a 6.5!

NO< NO< NON< NO!!! Do Not Stop Here or Consider!
Total of 5 nights. The room was not cleaned once even upon request. Had to ask; well BEG for towels, toilet paper, and other essentials expected of any stay multiple times. Staff DO NOT follow through on empty promises to correct concerns. The staff from check-in to check-out was not friendly or professional, nor did they have any decorum of customer service. The staff is downright rude and annoyed at times. The HOT breakfast was way overexaggerated... prepackaged grits and oatmeal. Yogurt that customers had to fight over because of the limited amount, of apples that were old and mushy. They did offer make your own waffles but there was no one supervising and guests made a terrible mess which begs to question the cleanliness of the station. The juice and coffee were dispensed and watered down. There were also weekly/monthly renters who obviously had some form of mental health or social issues that frequented the breakfast daily and scared other guests. So I would skip this motel and go elsewhere.
