The room smelled of smoke. Overall layout was good. I wasnt aware that the room was adjacent to a local bar. We could hear the commotion each night since we were there for a Friday, Saturday and Sunday trip.

Stayed for a baseball tournament
The people working were very friendly. No complaints there. However, there was a roach in our room and there were old stains on the bed sheets. The shower curtain was filthy at the top where it had been touched repeatedly by dirty hands and it tended to not stay put on the curtain rod…this cause water to go into the floor. We noticed multiple water damage spots throughout the hotel so I suspect this is not an isolated incident. The beds weren’t as comfortable as most La Quintas we’ve stayed in previously. In short, I think this hotel is on the older side and I can understand some things, but not the things we experienced.
