The Reception staff attitude is rude. Non-Helpful!!!!!
We have booked 2 night for this hotel. At the first day when we arrive, the reception said all the room at main building of the hotel are full, he arranged another building's room to us. And I can say that building is totally unacceptable, it cannot be described as a HOTEL, I can say it can just be described as a staff hostel (No Reception, No Escalator, The room and Corridor is very old, also I can see a lot of hotel staff and worker was in and out in this building, the bath room is very very dirty, I have attached the photo of the bathtub! A lot of Red Dot on the bathtub! Horrible!!! ).And we then go back to the reception and said we need to exchange the room and want the room in the main building of the hotel, the reception just said "No Room Available",we have no choice then, we still need to stay at that room for the 1st night. Actually we cannot sleep well for the whole night. At next day morning, we go to reception again and request for changing back the room to the hotel main building, the reception staff is not the night shift one this time and he accepted our request. The room on at the main building is much much better. And then I ask the day shift reception that why the night shift reception will arrange us to a "unacceptable hotel room" yesterday, their answer is "I don't know" but not "No room available". I really want to complain that night shift reception staff. What I can think is he discriminate Asian
