While the bed was technically made, the king bottom sheet wasn't attached in the corners, and we couldn't make it fit. The front desk person was very understanding, but it was obvious that they were understaffed. They went and got me what was supposedly a "king set" from housekeeping, but we were unable to get that bottom sheet to fit either. We had to use a top sheet as a bottom sheet, with mixed results.
The deadbolt on the door wouldn't engage, which we didn't notice until we were ready for bed (and way too late to change rooms). The fridge wasn't very cold, even on the coldest setting. The door wouldn't close by itself, so we had to be careful to pull it closed when we left. The ice machines on floor 4 (where we were) and floor 3 were not working; I found out afterward that there was another ice machine on the same floor that was working, but how was I to know (no signs of where they were).
