Room was great. Concierge was helpful.
The restaurant was disappointing (missed room service order, without attempt to rectify).
Flight landed around 2100, ordered room service around 2300. Waited 45 mins without delivery, called the restaurant only to be told that order wasn't processed and nothing could be done (not even a beer) because kitchen was closed.
A little disappointing considering Marriott is supposedly a premium brand.

Turning 13
My granddaughter is turning 13 and staying in Boston has become a tradition. Have always stayed at the water front so this was different. It was just a great time. The whole staff was amazing: kind, friendly yet professional. So thank you to all that made this trip happen and memorable.

Great hotel but questionable safety
I attended a four day conference and my stay was great. The only issue I had was there is zero security at the hotel. We were on the 33rd floor, the hotel is enormous and I was not the only one to notice anyone could walk on the elevator and go to any floor. There is no requirement to swipe your key card to enter the guest floors. This was something I found concerning and was ever present on my mind especially since the hotel is attached to a mall and is in a very business part of downtown.
