1. Before even arriving at the hotel, I received an email from the hotel to pay extra for upgrade of the room breakfast, and early check-in. However, the price for early check-in costs the same as booking an extra night prior.
2. When I arrive at 8am for luggage drop-off, they asked me to pay extra again for upgrades and early check-in, although I made it clear that I won't be returning until the evening.
3. My reservation is for 3 adults, and with confirmation that there will be 3 beds. When I check-in at 18:00, there are only 2 beds and 2 sets of towels in the room. I had to wait in my room for them to bring the bed in, despite it is already far beyond the check-in time and they had already registered the detail earlier in the morning.
4. My booking says "balcony (creek view)" . However, they gave me a room on the first floor, with a wall about 2meters high surrounding the "foyer" instead of a balcony, probably to prevent people from climbing into the room. The 2m-wall completely blocked any view and sunlight from the room. It is more like "enclosed wall view" than balcony view.
