I believe it was Amber that I spoke with on the night of 12/2 and she was excellent in helping me with an issue I was having. Then Lamar at the front desk also helped me with several things, both had a positive attitude that I very much appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel, very comfortable and great people that are super helpful!"

"Missed cleaning one day out of ten but rest was good. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Lounge bar attached to hotel. Generally very good but at weekends a victim of its own success. Open to the public, it can be hard to get in. Food outlets attached to hotel give great choice for all meals."
