Mi estancia en el hotel fue casi perfecta. Las instalaciones impecables, la habitación cómoda y bien equipada, y el servicio en recepción fue muy atento y cálido. Además, ofrecieron servicios turísticos a buen precio, lo cual fue un gran plus. Sin embargo, la experiencia en el restaurante dejó mucho que desear. El servicio fue demasiado lento, incluso cuando solo había dos mesas ocupadas. Tardaron más de 45 minutos en servirnos un simple desayuno, y la actitud de la cocinera no fue amable. Este detalle afectó una estancia que, de no ser por esto, hubiera sido excelente. Aun así, el hotel es muy recomendable, pero el servicio en el restaurante necesita mejorar considerablemente.

A mi familia y a mi nos encanto el hotel. Es una hermosa casona antigua, remodelada con muy buen gusto y conservando su bello estilo colonial y detalles (mobiliario y fotos antiguas, el nombre de las habitaciones, etc.) que te cuentan parte de la historia familiar de los propietarios. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, muy bien equipadas y super confortables. La próxima vez me gustaría quedarme en la suite que queda frente al jardín. Igualmente el jardín esta muy cuidado y espacioso. Según su sitio web la casa data de 1825, por lo que el próximo año cumplirán 200 años, así que muchas felicidades por eso. Por todo lo anterior, lo recomiendo ampliamente, sin duda de los mejores hoteles de los que me he hospedado en San Cristóbal.

Excelente ubicación, puedes llegar caminando a los lugares más concurridos. Un lugar muy limpio y acogedor, lleno de mucha vegetación, que le da ese toque para desconectar que todos necesitamos. En general, un buen lugar para hospedarse.

Nos quedamos 3 noches en la Suite Junior, el teléfono no servía ni la calefacción mal por eso. Las 2 primeras noches todo excelente sin ruido para poder descansar pero en la noche 3 llegaron huéspedes en la habitación de arriba y se escuchaba absolutamente todo, eso no fue de mi agrado ya que no se podía dormir. Pero el hotel es precioso su jardín y alrededores, el personal muy amables y atentos siempre.

Very nice hotel in excellent location a couple of blocks from the city center. Staff was friendly, grounds were immaculate, and the room was beautiful. We felt so safe that we’d sleep with the sliding door completely open. Would definitely stay here again

Fue una experiencia maravillosa, desde que llegamos al hotel Mauricio nos hizo sentir como en casa y nos ayudó a organizar nuestros tours. Todo el personal de casa de familia es excelente, Mauricio, Vero, Monica la contadora, la gerente, el pianista Jorge quien atiende en el restaurante y todos los demás que no recuerdo su nombre nos hicieron sentir en casa. Viajé con mi mamá de 82 años quien tuvo un pequeño episodio desfavorable de salud, Monica la contadora y la gerente inmediatamente actuaron, nos calmaron, un excelente médico llegó a los 5 minutos y en la tarde ya estábamos paseando de nuevo. Excelente servicio, amabilidad y calor humano como en ningún otro lugar. Hotel casa de familia es ahora nuestra casa en el pueblo mágico de San Cristóbal y regresaremos. Lo recomiendo altamente, no me he sentido tan bien recibido en ningún otro lugar del mundo. Gracias de todo corazón!
