Location information is misleading
The location was 0.7 miles from the address in the listing. I was told "that's just a reference address". Extremely frustrating and disappointing because the most important factor I consider when booking is location. I felt misled.

Not what it's adverised to be..
Stains on carpet in building... stains on kitchen work top.. stains on sofa bed... building and apartment very unhomely... tv old looking... shabby surroundings... needs refurbishing, with home comforts... also apartment not advertised to where it is actually located... no where near Camden markets....

Mixed feelings
Convenience of location made this property worthwhile. Unfortunately the beds were barely sleepable and there was lipstick stains on the crockery from prior guests. Some basic provisions would have been really appreciated - like a plug for the kitchen sink & some tea towels & cloths so we could clean up after ourselves. Whilst this was a bit disappointing - a bonus was the water pressure in the shower. That was great. The fumes from the restaurant downstairs would be overwhelming in the apartment in an hot day. But again - the centrality of the property was fantastic & property manager super friendly.

Avoid - Misrepresentation and they know it.
This is misrepresentation and I am now in the process of claiming damages. The property is not the one in the picture nor is it at the address shown. Hotels.com knew this and continued to show this property after a previous complaint. I am unhappy with them in this respect - it should not have happened. Avoid!!!

First off, the address listed is not and I repeat, NOT the address for the apartment. When we got to the office to check in for 3 nights, I was told on the 3rd day I would need to change apartments. I was not informed earlier and traveling with a 3,7,78, and 85 year old, packing 2nd night and then again to check out was very very inconvenient. Also we had no hot water or heat in the 2nd location. It was 40 degrees and super cold. When we informed the hotel they sent someone by the time we were ready to check out. To make matters worse they told us that it was probably our fault that the power to the water heater was turned off. Avoid at all cost, go to a different location. The staff is not understanding and just does not care.

Very poor experience
Sadly our experience with this property was very poor. There were a number of issues listed below. After our stay the property managers were unwilling to acknowledge many of these issues or claimed them as being normal for this property, despite the fact that the hotels.com listing contradicting. The property managers and hotels.com have both rejected any request for a refund or any compensation, and have dismissed the complaint without any acknowledgement of fault or an apology. The listing on hotels.com, and the booking details confirmed the address as 26 Inverness Street, Camden the actual address is 139 Kentish Town Road, Kentish Town. In comparison this is considerably further from the closest London Underground station and is in a less desirable and less safe location. The property itself was in poor condition and not comparable to the photographs provided at the point of booking. Kitchen and bathroom finish was poor with damage to fittings, cupboards, bath etc. Dishwasher was damaged and non-functional. Two door handles were damaged and non-functional. Bathroom ceiling leaked what appeared to be sewage from the floor above. At departure there was no-one present at the property office until past 11 AM leaving a group of people waiting outside for around an hour. Two contact numbers were provided, the land-line number is not valid, the mobile number was never answered and there has no voicemail or text facility.

Ya habíamos leído e íbamos preparados a encontrarnos con cualquier cosa, para nuestra suerte, el apartamento estaba bien. No corresponde con las fotos de la web y la dirección era de la oficina, el apartamento estaba a 15’, pero aún así, estuvimos bien. Contentos. Y la atención fue buena.

Vi bestilte denne lejlighed, men fik en helt anden. Lejligheden lå på en anden adresse og var virkelig klam. Der var lange sorte hår i sengen, skimmelsvamp, våde vægge og vandet fossede konstant fra blandingsbatteriet.

Nice, clean property. A couple of markets and restaurants nearby. Property has a clothes washer, no dryer. It is a bit farther than expected but several public transport options are available and nearby. I would stay here again.

Great property at great location
Overall, great location and we'll maintained property made our week vacation to London very enjoyable. Very roomy apartment, located absolutely near Camden market tube station. We've arrived during the night (off hours) so we had to pay extra fee which I thought was bit high... Also, the prop management has several apartments so you book an apartment but you don't know for sure which one you ganno get - they tell u only 2-3 days before arrival... Overall, we're very happy which the overall process and booking experience

Ok kva forholdsvis central placering
Der manglede helt klart nogle møbler, som man kunne slappe af i efter en dag gående rundt i London. Lejlighed og billeder var ikke helt i overensstemmelse...vi havde forventet noget mere. Men god placering i forhold til vores interesser.

El apartamento estaba bien pero la limpieza deja mucho que desear, y es lamentable que pidan 40 libras para “gastos de limpieza” cuando haces el chek in y cuando llegues esté todo lleno de polvo. Por otra parte, en la época que hemos estado amanece a las 5 am y las ventanas no contaban el equipamiento necesario para impedir que pasara La Luz del sol, por lo que era difícil dormir. Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es que los apartamentos no se encuentran en la dirección indicada, sino que están repartidos por camden, el nuestro por ejemplo se encontraba a 11 minutos andando desde la estación del metro de camden.

Lage der Unterkunft war auch ok. Die Einrichtung der Unterkunft war ok, ausser im Schlafzimmer hat das Fenster nicht richtig geschlossen. Die Sauberkeit war nicht gut. Es sieht so aus als ob die Unterkunft nicht regelmässig gereinigt wird, obwohl 40 Pfund für die Endreinigung zu zahlen sind. Der Boden war in allen Zimmern dreckig, es war Ketchup an der Wand. Im Bad waren noch Haare von den vorherigen Urlaubern und generell war alles was man berührt hat etwas klebrig. Vor der Tür hat sich der Müll gestapelt (Verpackungen, Alkoholflaschen, Gläser, ...). Die Müllabfuhr hätte den Müll mitnehmen können, wenn er von den Verantwortlichen auf die Straße gestellt worden wäre.
