Great location and a comfortable stay for our family. They have improved their check-in system and no longer require guests to physically check in at their reception, which is about 20 minutes away from the city center. All check-in instructions were sent in advance, so I completed the online check-in before arriving in Barcelona. At check-in time, a digital key was assigned to the app on my phone. The location is excellent—close to everything, with both Metro and bus stops just a short walk away. The apartment was a good size for our family of four and had everything we needed. As this is an apartment, there was no daily cleaning or towel change during our stay. However, having a washer/dryer was convenient, as we could do laundry while exploring during the day. Shampoo, bath soap, dish detergent, a sponge, and a kitchen cleaning cloth were provided, but laundry detergent was not, so I recommend bringing your own. The shampoo was also quite strong, we purchased hair treatment so if you have preferred bathroom products, you may want to bring them. Check-out was very easy - just close the entrance door when leaving. I also let them know when we left so they could start preparing the apartment for the next guest. Communication with the staff was smooth and attentive. Even though there was no staff physically at the apartment, I felt well supported throughout our stay. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent location, very clean, quiet and, well equiped. Two observations are: the apartment clearly has space to sleep 5 people. We were 3 but at the last minute wanted to have our daughter and son and law stay and obviously offered to pay the difference. Our request was refused. It's also a hassle to do the check-in at another location (10 minutes in taxi).

Great location, within walking distance to lots of sights - Gothic sector, Casa Batillo, Segrada Familia and more. Room was a good size for my family of four and appreciated the kitchen items. Nice surprise to have a washer and would have liked a drying rack to make it more efficient. The front desk was very responsive when I had questions and bringing more towels even though it is remote from the location. Would recommend to friends staying in Barcelona.

E-mail detailing check in told us to go to a different part of town with tired kids. When we got there we were told we didn’t need to go in person and could have done it over the phone. No apologies even after we showed them the erroneous email. The AC unit in the apt hums day and night. Not great If you have trouble sleeping. The washer/drier doesnt dry and the kitchen is not really equipped for cooking for a family. For the money we spent we expected better.

What we did like about the property was the location. A short walk to las ramblas and about 30-40 minute walk to the beach. However we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and we felt like the posted photos did not match reality of the apartment. The room felt run down, the washer dryer machine did not work very well, and there were finger print stains on the curtains and kitchen, the previous guests napkins crinkled under the couch. This really made us question how clean the room is kept. I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately.

Dette er et nydelig leilighetshotell med svært sentral beliggenhet. Leiligheten var romslig, ren og godt utstyrt. Innsjekkingen skjer ved hotellets resepsjon ved Barcelona Sants. Det er litt tungvint, men de tilbyr lagring av bagasje og har et behagelig venterom der med kan nyte medbragt mat, frem til rommet er klart. Dette var vel verdt prisen og vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Excelente ubicación de la propiedad es amplio y con 2 baños y medio. En términos generales vale la pena, solo tendría dos detalles que comentar el primero es que recoges la llave en un lugar muy retirado de la propiedad, si llegas por tren a Barcelona está a 10 minutos caminando pero si llegas por otra via te queda muy lejos lo segundo es que hay inquilinos de los departamentos de arriba que avientan basura al patio trasero. La otra consideración que se tiene que hacer antes de hacer la reserva es que te piden un deposito de 200 euros que te regresan al salir, ademas de los 50 euros del cobro por limpieza.

There was few issues. First, there was not any essentials in the apartment such as hand soap or dishwashing soap or anything.. we had to go shopping immediately. The dryer doesn’t really dry, need to dry the clothes on the balcony but unfortunately there was no drying rope or racks or anything to help with that!!!

Positiva saker: - Bra läge i lite "finare kvarter" - Bra service från personalen och de var väldigt trevliga. - Tvättmaskin och diskmaskin i rummet vilket var väldigt skönt - fräscha handdukar Mindre bra: Hela lägenheten skulle behöva en ordentlig städning skrubb och tvätt av alla gardiner etc för det var mycket fläckar och det kändes inte fräscht. Det fanns även en frän luft i främst badrummet som störde mig väldigt mycket och de kom och städade igen men det hjälpte tyvärr inte (personalen var dock mycket hjälpsamma och försökte lösa det genom att städa igen) ville ha en sån balkong som på bilden men det fick vi inte. störigt att först åka till en plats för att hämta nycklar och checka in och sen behöva åka till boendet - störigt när man har packning och behöver ta typ två taxin.
