It was a complete nightmare, I have visited severel luxury Hotels around the world and I have never felt so disrespected and humiliated from a hotel staff member who was so unprepared and unprofessional to hold that position of receiving and supposedly help customers on arrivals. I have paid well in advance and in full two rooms for a vacation time with my Family, and I finally did not have them. It was so embarrassing and shameful. I would never come back to this hotel and never reccomend it to anyone.
I had my flight canceled, I notified the hotel by voice message, since they were not answering the phone and I also left a written message for the hotel informing them that my check in would be the next day. Arriving at the hotel, a receptionist who mistreated us, humiliated us and finally the hotel because they no longer had the rooms that I had paid for in advance, leaving my family, husband, children and my mother and mother-in-law, without accommodation in the early hours of the morning, 3:30 AM in Miami with hotels all sold out due to the high season.
