This property is managed by a third party company, communication was not consistent and check-in was a little nerve wrecking. Other than that, the apartment is comfortable to sleep and shower, it is within Old Town so there is much to see and do within walking distance.

Good location. Noise from the apartment above is very loud. The handle on the doors should be fixed. The tv has terrible quality, the noise from the volume is no good, should change tv. The beds are SO noisy, just move an arm and everyone hear the bed make loud noise. Many stairs to get to the apartment. You will have problem with a heavy suitcase or bard knees/feet.

We were told they would store luggage upon checkout. When we checked out turns out they would not store our luggage. Their front desk staff misinformed us and the owner would not make good on their word. The air conditioner also didn’t work and leaked. The shower leaked as well. Overall a descent studio but the service and communication was not great. Will not stay here again.

위치는 좋으나 습해요.
성안에 위치하여 관광하기는 쉬우나, 객실입구와 객실이 습하고 , 특히 에어컨의 출력이 약하며 곰팡이 냄새가 났습니다. 쇼파겸보조 침대는 너무 약해서 앉아있을수도 없을 정도입니다. 특히 프론트데스크가 필레문 입구쪽에있는데 미리 정보를 주지않아 고생했습니다. 꼭 로컬전화로 프론트데스크를 먼저 찾아가세요.

Great location...not too many steps. Collected key at office and one of the staff walked us straight to the property and showed us around it. Only slight downside was that the kitchen utensils were in short supply....no kettle.....otherwise perfect and definetly would stay again

a place to feel the spirit of Dubrovnik
Good value for the money on the budget category. The place is perfect to feel, for two or three days the sence of the place, inside the walls of Dubronik. Recomended for families with maximum two childrens. Cleaning is superficial

The apartment was clean and sufficient for our needs. We weren’t planning on cooking in the apartment but if you were you may struggle with a lack of equipment. There was a pan lid but no pan. As we were out every day and only slept there it was great

Location was perfect & hotel was clean & comfortable. I just recommend that they improve their check in procedure. The other place we stayed had a self check in using today’s technology (entrance door & room door used passwords to enter, these were sent to us via email. No need to worry if there is no 24 hr. Concierge if flight was delayed ). Thank you.

Très bon accueil et logement très bien situé. Très propre. Points à revoir : Pas de quoi ranger les affaires, pas de rideau à la fenêtre donc impossible de faire le noir dans la pièce pour la nuit, manque de vaisselle pour cuisiner et manger, et fuite d'eau dans la douche.

Budget Apartment Klara, 2 bedroom
Our apartment did not look like any we saw on the website. It was well located on a quiet passageway in the old town near restaurants, a bakery and grocery store. Prepare to be going up and down lots of steps to access and leave it. It is not suitable for anyone with a mobility restriction. It was spacious and pretty clean. However there was nowhere to hang a towel. The only mirror was in the bathroom and was very high on the wall. We could only see the tops of our heads if we stood on tiptoe. Impossible for putting on makeup or styling hair. The addition of a portable towel rack that would hold several towels would be an inexpensive way to improve the problem. A larger mirror would solve the other one. The larger bedroom had two beds put together as a queen or king but the room had an unpleasant odor. The smaller bedroom had one twin bed. None of the beds were particularly comfortable and were noisy when moving on them. The air conditioner worked very well and was much appreciated as the temperature was in the 31-35 C while we were there. The man in the office who checked us in was very helpful and pleasant as was anyone else we had contact with.

El departamento está enorme y muy cómodo. Lo mejor es la ubicación, a unos pasos de la catedral. Los precios dentro de la ciudad amurallada son elevados pero afuera hay un mini super y en la cocina del departamento podíamos preparar el desayuno o la cena. Todo estuvo excelente, solo un poco complicado para encontrarlo al llegar, pero en Lanús puerta había un número de WhatsApp y por ahí resolvimos todas las dudas

If you dont have a Local cell, dont book here!!!
When we came in, there is just a door.. you will never find it if you dont have GPS. On the door its says to text or Whatsapp to a number to check in. Again no cell, no check in. We had local Sim cards, so our cell phones worked. We waited over 30 min for someone to come.. when they opened the door finally.. around 3pm.. the room was wrecked!!! it was like a buch of frat boys trashed the whole thing.. water on all the floors, food everywhere, trash of half eaten pizza and chips everywhere.. beers and drugs... the works.. They told us to come back in an hour because they had to clean. After it was clean, it was great.. if you dont mind outside noises. you can hear everything outside your door. Then when you are checking out, they offer that you can leave your bags wth them for 60 kuna an hour... which is crazy expensive compared to other places that will watch your stuff for 20 an hour.. an on those places you dont need to call them to retrieve your bags and wait for them to show up.. when ever that happens to be. Overall.. If you dont have a cell.. you are basically screwed.

Nice apartment in heart of the old town
Helpful staff and an amazing location right in the heart of the old town so no need to pay transport! Great apartment has everything you need apart from an oven. Such a pretty room was really lovely stay

Good Budget Option
The apartment is located very centrally, everything in Old Town is a short walk away and the Old Port is just around the corner. The apartment can be noisy because of the restaurant at the end of the street, however it's usually not for long. When we stayed we couldn't get WiFi because they were still trying to sort it out because the walls were too thick for the signal. However if you're not too bothered about that then this is a great option.

Nice bolthole great location for couples
Room is fine, has all you need and is comfortable and people checking us in where very friendly. Comfy big bed and useful little fridge. Bathroom is small again but perfectly adequate and all very clean. Old town is tiny so everything is on your doorstep. A little tricky with kids and a pram, but hardly the accommodations fault. All manageable though.

disappointing
This place was the worst hotel in our 3 week trip. It was not clean, there was no place to hang the towel, we could not communicate with the booking agency, we are not even sure we were booked in the correct hotel? Dismal. Thank god it wasn't too expensive, but it was still not worth the money. The location was perfect however and fortunately we were only there for 2 days.
