I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel due to serious sanitation issues. On the first night, we discovered a bloodstain on the bedsheets. As our stay continued, we found clear signs of rodents (possibly rat) or some kind of animal activity in the kitchen drawers—our tea bags and instant coffee had been chewed through, which was absolutely disgusting.
To her credit, the manager was very understanding and initially offered a full refund and a fix of the open hole in the wall. However, the following day she was unavailable, nothing has been fixed even the drawer were in the exact same state as the day before; we had to deal with a male receptionist—possibly named Adel—who was extremely rude and unprofessional. He wasted a lot of my time, deliberately avoid helping, and ignored several calls from Hotels.com customer service who were trying to confirm the refund.
Eventually, I had a fight with him and was able to receive my money back, but overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.
