Even though hotel claimed that there’re free car park, yet it’s very hard to get a slot as it’s always full. Linen are very old and dirty. Location is good.

Elegant luxury
A step back in time into a time when service mattered. The rooms are set above the restaurant area but I couldn't hear a peep- wonderfully soundproofed. The rooms delivery lux feels and with complementary continental breakfast and a washer and dryer this made for an amazing mid-road trip stay. The staff were professional and helpful. Only issue was accessing the hotel was limited to coming through the dining room or via the bottle shop drive through.

Beautiful place to stay. The rooms are gorgeous. Beds very comfortable and the bathroom is huge. Continental breakfast available - make yourself and take back to your room. We had a shady balcony to enjoy a drink before dinner and breakfast. Dining at Crafers was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend staying here.

The staff were excellent, accomodating, and thoughtful. The room was very comfortable and attractive, with high ceilings, comfy bed, soft bathrobes etc. Morning paper delivered. Breakfast room with espresso machine and hot croissant. Crafers hotel: good things come in small packages!

Isabel was the perfect hostess. She made us feel so welcome. We have stayed here before and would recomend this to anyone. The rooms are large and clean. The food is excellent the wine is delicious 😋

A very relaxed feel with staff at ease and obliging to your needs. Pleasant surrounds with a number of areas to take advantage of and an extensive wine catalogue that provided something for everyone's taste. Accommodation was well appointed and spacious, quiet and comfortable.

Whilst Crafers itself is a tiny village, the Hotel is splendid with beautiful rooms, well set out and attractive dining areas, with and easy elegance Bistro and a more casual, but comfortable all-day eating area. If you like to walk, it’s only 40 min round trip to Stirling (4 mins drive) and 15-20 mins drive to Hahndorf and other Hills towns.

The character of the building set the scene for a wonderful stay, being shown to the room was a lovely, welcoming gesture. The room lived up the the expectations from the photos and the onsite restaurant was the best dining experience we have had in a long time - we have already booked to stay and dine again
