Try somewhere else
We were exhausted from a day of travel. We booked a room for 3 people. When booking on hotels.com it asks for adults and child and the age. We had 2 adults and one 14 year old. When we were checking in she said we were being put in a room with 2 twin beds and no pull our couch or any other sleeping arrangements. We asked where our son was supposed to sleep (a twin bed is very small, just enough for 1 person). She had to get a manager who finally decided they would bring another twin bed into our room. He was laughing and saying that our reservation says we have 2 adults and a child. As if it even mattered at that point. Even if we had a five year old child where would he sleep? We went up to our room and realized just how small it was. We waited and then had to go down stairs to inquire when the bed would be brought because we were ready to go to sleep. They had to remove the very small lounger to make room for the extra bed. We paid way too much money for this room to have this type of accomodations. Also, we came back at 5pm the next day after a long day of sight seeing and our room was being made up. Why so late? Everytime the room was made up we had to ask for coffee, creamer etc. simple things were not restocked. Overall not impressed. There are better places to stay with better accommodations and less cost.
