Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
I was disappointed by the car parking. Primarily it is very small and difficult to enter and exit. Furthermore, despite paying for a space, the hotel sold my space twice. After being directed to an area designated ‘no parking’ by the hotel staff, I found my car blocked in the following morning. Presumably by angry residents of the adjacent buildings.
Additionally, the amount of services dropped due to ‘COVID’ seems more about saving the hotel money than safety; bed was not re-made or sheets changed, no new towels provided unless requested, no room cleaning, breakfast small and not very varied. If services are being dropped due to safety then why are they still being paid for in the room price?
Finally, the rooms are dark (even with all the lights on).
That being said the rooms are quiet with the extra thick walls.
