Lovely modern rooms in a convenient location right outside Vatican city. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast which is delivered to your room was delicious and adequate. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy but that is true of many areas of Rome. We would definitely recommend this property for those who want to be centrally located to visit all that Rome has to offer!

It is some time that I use this Hotel and the feeling is that is going worst and worst; arriving on Sunday do not allow you to use many inside services; the breakfast is still good but staff is completely out of job (a smile and more customer attention would be appreciated). Good parking facility and rooms are good size.

The hotel has a Michelin restaurant next to it but make sure to check when it's open as it was closed at the time of my booking and I would have loved to try it. Location is great if traveling by car (plenty of parking) and easy to get into the city center plus food options, grocery options and laundry very close. The hotel itself is well appointed, sad that the spa is closed (since Covid) but breakfast in the morning is a nice start to the day. AC in the rooms (necessary in August), soaking tub/shower, comfortable bed plus a desk and great chair to read in the window.

wonderful hotel with nice friendly service. room was eco friendly and clean. spacious bathroom and shower. breakfast options were wonderfull from fruit and coffee to bacon and eggs, selection of pastries and yogurt. dinner menu not large but quality of dishes was pleasing. outside free parking was plentyfull. for those wanting a gurmet food adventure and willing to spend $$$$ there is the restaurant inkiostro (michelin rated)

Rude staff
While the hotel itself is comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff's unfriendly and unresponsive behavior significantly detracted from my overall experience. It's unfortunate, as the hotel's potential is undermined by its poor service.

Staff shortages will affect the stay!
The bed was huge and comfortable, and the hotel looks quite nice! BUT our stay was far from great unfurtunately. There was way too little staff!! When we came for breakfast, there was not one clean table, and all the food was empty. Only one person working, we saw 10 people come, look around and leave because of the state of it. I have never seen anything like it! They also had a massage shower and bath, but the thing you rotate to change where the water comes out from did not work, so you could only use the handheld shower.

Nur für eine Nacht gut
Positiv: gute Lage, genügend Parkplätze und eine Tiefgarage kostenlos, gutes Frühstück, ruhig, guter Preis Negativ: Klimaanlage wurde von der Verwaltung gesteuert und im Zimmer war es viel zu warm. Bei einer Einstellung von 19 Grad mussten wir das Fenster zwischendurch öffnen, damit es nicht zu warm wurde. Aber eben, die Klimaanlage konnte nicht gesteuert werden. Das Badezimmer war recht klein. Nur ein kleines Lavabo, einen Bügel für die Handtücher, keinen Haken für die Kleider, Qualität der Tücher eher schlecht, halt nach vielem Waschen in die Jahre gekommen. Ebenfalls gab es nur ein Kissen, was für ein Deluxe Zimmer nicht sein sollte. Für die Ablage der Kleider gab es keinen Schrank. Nur in der offenen Garderobe eine Stange mit Bügel und ein kleines Gestell. Für uns wirkte das sog. Deluxe Doppelzimmer eher wie ein Deluxe Einzelzimmer. Dieses Hotel ist gut für eine Nacht. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt kommt es für uns nicht mehr in Frage. Schade.

Hotel buono con camere spaziose. C’è un odore strano che probabilmente sarà dovuto alla moquette.. odiosa perché la puoi pulire quanto vuoi ma sa sempre di lozzo. Per la Colazione la macchinetta con i succhi concentrati odiosa! Un succo dolce ammazzato e l’altro era acqua sporca..
