Unique location
A wonderful stay! Our room had a terrace and view on the Spanish Steps. We were in the heart of Rome! The breakfast at the cafe across the street, which can be added to the cost of the room was huge! We had the American and there was a ton of food. Cafe was very cute as well!

This is a unique property right on the Spanish Steps. Our room was the Suite which had its own balcony looking over the steps about halfway up. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Great hotel at the Spanish Steps.
The location and price cannot be beat. It’s not for everyone as it has a small elevator or steps which works great for us. The lady at checkin was very thorough and helpful. Our room was larger than expected and was very clean. It is tricky to find unless you read their directions carefully which we did and had no issues. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
