Thougherly enjoyed our stay at Dreams Playa Bonita Panama - All Inclusive. Really enjoyed the setting. Grounds were beautiful. Staff was very accommodating. Food was amazing. Planning to visit again soon.

La comida no es como lo indican que tiene muchos restaurantes ya que solo estaban disponibles 2 restaurantes a la carta, el crédito que indican de 200$ es un fiasco. No pudimos usarlo.

Vale a pena. Algumas coisas precisam de melhorias

Estadia agradável, café da manhã, almoço e jantar bons, bebidas à vontade. Limpeza, principalmente das roupas de banho e cama encardidas. As toalhas de piscina eram azuis ou marrons, o que talvez disfarce a sujeira. Entretenimento bem legal, com uma arquibancada. Acredito que na época do hotel cheio, em alta temporada, possam ter problemas no atendimento. As chaves dos quartos deram problemas da chegada até a saída. Ainda estou esperando o reembolso de US$60, referente a um voucher de um jantar romântico que pagamos. Mesmo com todos esses probleminhas, vale a pena e indico.

We had such a relaxing time! The property is exactly as pictured—absolutely gorgeous, right on the beach, and the perfect setting to unwind. The only area that could use improvement is staff attentiveness. It often felt like if something wasn’t directly within someone’s responsibilities, it was simply ignored. For instance, each time we were seated at a table, the staff would seem unsure about who should bring over high chairs. We were left standing with our one-year-old twins in our arms while they debated whose job it was, rather than stepping in to help. We truly had a phenomenal stay, but moments like that were disappointing. Had we known where the high chairs were, we would’ve gladly grabbed them ourselves. Similarly, housekeeping would clean the room but leave room service dishes in the hallway all day, attracting flies—small details that pointed to a lack of teamwork. Still, the beauty and atmosphere of the place made it a wonderful escape overall.

Muy bien en general, aunque cometen errores que podrían mejorar. El bar del lobby es lento, a veces tedioso y lento obtener una bebida. Los restaurantes tienen un menú muy reducido, al cuarto día te aburres de comer lo mismo. El personal, no todo, está bien cualificado y entrenado. En las Habitaciones a veces falla el teléfono del servicio de habitaciones, luces que no funcionan y el servicio de limpieza llega a veces muy tarde. Se esfuerzan, pero tienen muchas cosas que mejorar. Me regalaron 200 dólares en descuentos en servicios del hotel el día que ya me marchaba y estuve una semana.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was accommodating. When trying to get service in the room it was difficult. Either they didn't answer the phone or they said they were coming and didn't show. I had to go downstairs and complain a few times. The Oceana and Portofino were good for dinner both with a limited menu that is different from the app. The Market Cafe was Ok and the other buffet by the pool was ok. The pools were well kept except for the bugs in the pool. They should have come around with a net throughout the day to clear them out. Usually when I upgrade to the Preferred or Club there is a Butler, there were none. I didn't even receive the Dreams bag.
