Staff was very friendly, and security at night made us feel safe. The area was very quiet and hotel room was very clean. We arrived early in the morning and the staff offered to hold our luggage until check in. At check out, they had someone double check to ensure we didn’t forget any of our items. La Villa experience.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. My reason for giving the score is due to the condition of the room and linen. The chair had a large burn mark. Sheets had holes and the towels were old and dingy. We had a relaxing time in the pool.
