I did not like the service. The room for the price was reasonable.

Get what you pay for, was bumped from 1 room to a different property in the basement. Waste pipe (new addition) was dripping into the wall cavity. Outside an air conditioning unit was running most of the night. Stair access was narrow & difficult with suitcase.

Last minute grab for a job, and they had the place I need. A room with no AC though there is a fan for circulation. Large fold up cot was firm and comfortable. There are two full function bsthrooms so taking a good shower was not a problem. A great last minute value, I left rested and refreshed.

Blanket they provided is too small for me and my husband to even a queen size blanket for a queen bed we booked. No shoes allowed inside but did not provided slippers we can use, their staff is walking around with shoes on as well, so it's not clean for us to walk with just our socks. We can hear the noise at 4am from people talking loudly outside the room. Person responsible for people checking in took a lot of time to arrive. Also, there's a door we do not know what is inside. It's locked but they didn't explain what's behind it so we felt unsafe.

Staff were nice. Just the room I stayed in had some water damage or some type of maintenance issue with the ceiling. Many pieces of it were falling on to the bed and beside it.
