For the first time in Bali this was an awesome place. Touch on the older side but still wonderful. Wifi is really good pool is clean and warm. You can hear town noise outside but units are quiet inside. Staff are super friendly and very accommodating. Close to everything and taxis/gojek past the door very frequently. We will be returning next year.

Liked this hotel because i was in room 102 which is down the back away from the street and reception area. Great shower and air con. Bed was very comfortable. The only drawback for me is the location and the pools, they did not get sun so no sunbathing or swimming. Did not have breakfast so cant comment. All the staff are lovely and friendly.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at AQ-VA. Our rooms were spacious and cleaned daily however very tired and in need of a revamp. The whole property needs updating very drab inside and out. Location good with lots of great restaurants close by. Staff should be highly praised for their efficiency and friendliness. Thank you for your great service

We were in a villa that never got any sun and had a cold pool. We never used the pool once as it was too cold. We paid $200 per night for a cold pool and no buffet breakfast. Would never stay again!

Great value for money
The place is amazing and has good money value. Staff is really nice and helpful. The only two things i will recommend to the hotel the room i staied was the glass in the shower too short and the water was going near to the toilet and sink. the other issue the blinds needs to be changed as very default to go in and out the room as the blinds going from up to the buttom needs to be changed to side. the hotel has no left with be good if has one otherwise everything great
