Older (I'm guessing) traditional hotel about a 45-minute boat ride from Lucerne (boat is a five minute walk). While hotel has an older charm, rooms are clean and modern, and the property is well maintained. Great property right on the water with direct lake access. Several restaurants nearby and easy access to Mt Rigi.

Good but basic hotel located right on the lake. Very large room but furniture needs to be upgraded. Located in Weggis who’s is about 40 min from Lucern by water taxi ($25) or you can take a bus and train for about $10. No coffee in room. Safe, quiet location. Good restaurants nearby.
