No elevator, and unfinished construction/remodeli
Well we checked in around 5:30pm. When we went up to the room we noticed that there was no tv remote control. We call the Lobby and requested a Remote Control and the receptionist advised re that a maintenance guy would program a remote for us. About 3 hours later, around 8:30 pm, the maintenance man came into the room made an attempt to program a new remote unsuccessfully. He left the room and the room stayed without a remote control. That was the most boring night ever without a tv.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The actual room and hotel look NOTHING like the pictures online. Elevator out of service, room smelled like pure smoke, and the smoke alarms were either constantly beeping (even after changing the battery) and/or completely missing from the wall (and still beeping).
