When I arrived to the hotel, I was informed that there was no electricity - the lights were not working and there was no WiFi. The receptionist was unclear when the problem would be fixed and, to be honest, didn’t really seem to care. I left the hotel and booked another place. I expected to receive a refund because, what the hotel promised in terms of amenities/WiFi, it could not deliver. However, my refund request was rejected, because I didn’t purchase the extra coverage charge, which I think it pretty ridiculous since the place did not hold up its end of the bargain. So be warned.
