A comfortable friendly hotel with comfortable bedrooms and public spaces. Only negative is the rooms are really warm with no air conditioning and that was in November, not sure how that would feel in the summer months.

Staff at breakfast on 1st morning was incredibly rude. Just tried to get a cup of coffee (breakfast was included) and hostess was very rude. Hotel itself was ok. Tiny rooms, shower door kept popping off. bit loud at night (windows were shut). Based on what I paid, I would not stay here again. Way over priced.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. There was some mix up on number of people but they are very accommodative and made alternate plans to accommodate us. One of the best views in the area in the middle of Interlaken ost train station & harder kulm on one side and shops and restaurants on the other. Loved staying here.
Stayed six nights, perfect location in interlaken for multiple day trips. The room was clean and comfortable, nice view of the mountains and paragliders landing in a near by field. I would also like to memtion the breakfast. Great variety of food and coffee's. The service is the real star, very attentive, friendly and detailed. 5 minute walk to train station.

Enjoyed immensely . Staff was the best all across Europe. They worked well with us speaking English, moved swiftly during a medical need, and our room was spacious and very comfortable. We had a little glitch with the tv, but that too was handled fast and efficiently.
