I don’t like some people in the front desk because they don’t know how to deal with someone and don’t give correct answers for public transportation and don’t ask about any concerns.

Il n'y a eu aucune communication en amont de mon arrivée. J'ai envoyé SMS, tchat, j'ai appelé plusieurs numéros sans réponse durant 1 heure. J'ai enfin pû récupérer les clés dans une enveloppe qui se trouvait dans un coffre à l'aide d'un code. L'accueil froid, sans une parole professionnelle. Ni "bonjour", ou "comment s'est passée votre nuit" "au-revoir, bonne journée " Un minimum de service, merci.

Pas d'eau chaude dans la première chambre. Tres bonne réactivité du personnel qui ,malgré l'heure tardive, a pu nous fournir une autre chambre. Faible pression dans la douche, mais elle était chaude.

Attendu 30 minutes car portail sortie de l’hôtel en panne. Malgré solution simple proposé pour pouvoir ouvrir le portail ( simple clef), refus de l’accueil et oblige d’attendre un technicien que nous n’avons pas attendu. Un client à lui même du débloquer la porte Le plus important est que le portail en panne aurait pu empêcher les secours de rentrer en cas de besoin. Par exemple.

Contrairement à mon premier séjour dans cet établissement, je suis relativement déçue. Suite à une panne de télé le premier jour, nous avons informé la réception qui n’a cherché aucunes solutions… Pas d’eau chaude les deux derniers jours et casiment pas de débit d’eau. Dommage car l’établissement est plutôt agréable. Néanmoins, un grand merci au jeune homme présent à l’accueil le lendemain matin de notre arrivée ainsi qu’à l’homme d’entretien qui lui, fut très serviable et très réactif.
