Although the location was very central but the room was quite not clean and the AC didn’t work for three days - the team didn’t even try to help, as they only suggested to provide a free minibar (as this may help with the weather conditions)
I highly don’t recommend as they know nothing aboit customer services!

The worst experience ever
DO NOT live in this hotel, the worst experience ever. The door of this hotel was extremely small with only an A4 pager on it. On that paper you could find a hand-writing name of this hotel. Besides, the attitude of the French receptionist was very very bad. The worst thing was when I checked in, we were told that the bed in our booked room was broken and we had to take a taxi and move to another hotel in Zone 17. Zone 17! check that out on the internet.

Great location: Close to Auber metro station which is good for taking RER. Many bus stops around the hotel so easily accesible to poplular destinations. Close to La Fayette Haussmann department store.
Space: It has quite spacious room comparing to other similar hotels I have stayed in Paris. Two closets were enough and shower water pressure was hard(personally I like hard one). Hot water came out quickly.
Breakfasst and Receptions: The breakfast was good and delicious. All of staff members was super kind and nice. Thumbs up👍
Small complaint: The door won't close perfectly so it made unpleaseant noises every time I used or flushed down toilet bowl.
Overall, I like this place!
