Steps down are awkward and no assistance The staff wait after introducing to the room … this tipping from the US is bloody annoying when you do t have cash The room was great but no shower it’s a washer over the spa bath. Great spot on the edge of the caldera with uninterrupted views, which is why we chose it. We had a problem with the hot water but they were quick to try to resolve and when they couldn’t they moved us to a different, better room. Staff were friendly and helpful. For a 2 night stop it worked really well for us. We highly recommend the Ilios Bakery who are nearby but also deliver using the QR code found in the rooms.
