The hotel is very conveniently located, close to both the train station and the city centre. We experienced a few transportation issues, but the staff were very flexible and accommodating with our check-in. The room was clean and well maintained, with nice light, comfortable beds, and an excellent shower with pleasant water pressure and features. One small improvement would be to upgrade the charging outlets by replacing the older USB-A ports with USB-C ports. The breakfast we added to our stay was inexpensive, good, and offered a nice variety of options. We can definitely recommend staying here.

Arriving at the address, expect to see just a door, but inside it is very nice and very clean. The property is spacious, very beautiful, and well maintained. The bathroom is large, but the only thing I didn’t like is that my towels were changed. Other than that, everything was excellent. The breakfast is good as well—there isn’t a lot of variety, but it’s tasty. The location felt convenient since everything is pretty close. We had a great time!

The host was friendly and the room was clean. However we have a lot of allergies and there was definitely mold in the bathroom and the exhaust fan was so dirty it looked like a furry animal was growing on the vents. The air conditioner did work but I don't think it had been cleaned so I think it was contributing to allergens in the air so we didn't use it much. The garden that was pictured was overgrown and not well maintained and was not beautiful like it shows in the picture.

We really enjoyed our stay! Room was small but plenty of space for two people for two days. Clean and comfortable. Appreciated the water and toiletries. Breakfast is lovely. We had to leave early one day and they were kind enough to make us up to go boxes. Only a few min walk to the main sights of Florence. Would surely stay again.
