Location, location, location! Charming suite in the middle of everything! Being in the center on one of the main piazzas does come with a bit of morning noise, so for morning people - this place is perfect; If you are a night owl, maybe keep that in mind. We drove into Piazza della Repubblica where the hotel is located. Valet parking by Florence Parking a unique experience as the key and car are handed over to a driver on arrival. (By the Apple store in the Piazza). Our car was returned on request all be it a little later than asked for. Communication with Florence parking was through the hotel on arrival and with WhatsApp text and call to arrange delivery on departure. On arrival the driver videoed the car all around so in case of damage it can be proved. I understood that is a requirement and leads me to believe they are very careful with the car! All in all it’s a good and safe procedure.
