This is a really nice hotel. The staff and management are so nice and kind. The place is kept spotlessly clean and the staff will do their best to accommodate your needs. I recently spent several nights at the Vallarta Live Hotel, which is located in a neighborhood section, approximately a 15-20 min walk to the beaches. The room was large, clean and comfortable. It is about a 15 minute drive from the airport and in a very walkable area. There are a number of restaurants and shops withing a reasonable walking distance.

Excellent location and wonderful stay overall. The hotel is in a great area, making it very convenient to get around. Vallarta Live is a great hotel! We had planned on staying one night and ended up needing to stay more due to appointments we had, the staff was amazing in accommodating us even though the hotel was very full at the time. In total we stayed there for 17 days. The rooms were great very modern and spacious it was great to have a little sitting area and they are kept nice and clean. One of our favorite spots was the pool deck, it’s a great place to sit and enjoy the weather as well as the pool and the best part they have a jacuzzi! The location is right in Versalles area so the is no shortage of delicious places to eat within walking distance. I do have to say that the best part about staying here is the staff everyone of them was so kind and welcoming and willing to do everything in their power to help make you feel as if you are family. We will be definitely staying here again in the near future!

The staff is amazing. During the cartel conflict, we were suppose to stay in the hotel and not go out for 2 days. Most stores were closed. The ones that are open are The staff bought us food, gave us coffee, really took care of us. Room is big and clean. The swimming pool is nice and the rooftop area has many seatings.

I stayed there for 9 days with my fiancé . The customer service was excellent ,the room was clean,and well kept. The neighborhood is very upscale and quiet. There is a pharmacy ,a bar ,and a store (Oxxo) right next door to the hotel so everything is close by if you need to stock up on beer or other drinks and hit the beach.Also ,the Hotel is a great place to get a good night sleep. This was a great little boutique hotel! It was in a great location to almost everything. Easy to get to main drag to get a bus or whatever. Only thing is there isnt a full kitchenette like they say as they covered up the cook top because people were burning things. But we managed! The microwave actually grills and we coukd toast bread for toast in it so that was great. Rooftop pool is great! Only thing is i think i missed having a balcony but otherwise it was a good little clean and new place.
