corredores sujos com pratos utilizados
O hotel não é ruim, porem, deveria manter os corredores limpos, toda hora prato de hospedes sujos pelo corredor e vc vê os funcionarios passando e ninguem retira, horrivel essa visão, deveria o gestor mudar isso, fazer que o hospede ligue na recepção e peça para um funcionario retirar no quarto e não no corredor.

Ficamos hospedados duas noites para irmos em cidades próximas como Holambra e Serra Negra. Foi rudo ótimo. Sem contar que Jaguariúna é uma cidade encantadora com excelentes bares. O Hotel tem um excelente café da manhã e tudo ainda veio com uma diária bem em conta.

A cobrança pelas diárias já pagas incomodoram.
O Hotel atende às expectativas. O quarto é bom. Tem frigobar (água e refrigerante), ar-condicionado e água quente no chuveiro e na pia. O único ponto negativo é a falta de capacitação dos atendentes que não conseguiam interpretar as informações da reserva realizada pelo Hotéis.com. Tanto no check-in, quanto no check-out, tive que demonstrar, pelo aplicativo, que as diárias já haviam sido pagas.
