Chaotic stay

Unfortunately our stay with Forma Serviced Suites was riddled with chaos. We were given a check-in time of 4:00pm. At 3:40pm we get a call stating our room was overbooked and the gentleman was working to find us an alternative. While we appreciate his efforts to get this done, I was told he may need 5-10 minutes to get this sorted. We gave him over and hour to see if he would reach out with the details. It wasn’t until we involved Hotels.com that we FINALLY received check-in details. We were left scrambling to get ready for our event and even got there LATE. Now, even more than 24 hours later from the stay, issues persist. I was told that our security deposit would be returned by 4:00pm the date of checkout. I follow up at 8pm and was told it would be the next day if hadn’t been received. Now it’s nearly 5pm the day after and still nothing! Hotels.com can’t even get in touch with them. Communication system has far too many agents and room for error. Now we are left with no one taking responsibility and promises unfulfilled!!

Was within walking distance of Billy Bishop Airport and had a great floor-to-ceiling view of the city. Hosts were friendly and kept to themselves. Would recommend.

Perfect view for sunsets and city lights

The view from the apartment was amazing! You could watch the sunset from the balcony, and at night time the city lights. Our stay was comfortable, clean, cozy, and they even had utensils if you would like to cook with friends.

Excellent communication and solid follow-up. The only issue is that it is near the train tracks at Union. That being said - clean, convenient and easy to get to the Rogers Centre, Riley’s Aquarium or Scotiabank.
