The location is fantastic. It’s a two minute walk to the Trevi fountain. It has great restaurants (like nana and cómodo)right next door and is very centric to all attractions and shopping.
Our experience was OK. The rooms are small, but expected in Rome. The shower did need some updating. It seems the glass broke and they put an oversized shower curtain in the front however, it was too long and would clog the drain making the shower overflow into the wood floor. The water pressure was not great. It would get hot and then there would be no water pressure. The water would turn ice, cold, and only a little bit of drops would come out. On our second night the power to the whole building went out multiple times, one of the times for over two hours no electricity, no water heater no nothing.
We had two rooms, 203 and 105. 105 was bigger and updated. However, the shower had mold on the bottom.
The Blow dryer, you had to hold the power button down while blow dry your hair, If not, it would not work, but the room was spacious.
203. Had the issue with the broken door, bad water pressure, cold water. It didn’t have a blow dryer, only some type of box on the wall with a long vacuum, type hose.
All thefront desk attendants were extremely kind and nice. They’re always very helpful.
The breakfast was good it’s brought into your room every morning. It was included in our room rate. If not, it’s $10 per person they had cereal, different types of coffee juices, hams, toast etc
