Perfect location

Perfect location right in the centre of the old city. The rooms are on the first floor and there is no escalator, so a short climb up with your luggage is unavoidable. We did the check-in on our own and throughout the 2 nights that we stayed there, we haven't sighted any reception staff.

Sehr einfaches Check-in. Gute Beschreibung des Gastgebers. Altehrwürdiger Palast in sehr zentraler Lage. Die Zimmer sind leider etwas laut zur Straßenseite hinaus.

Host who went above and beyond all expectations!

Alberto was a fantastic host, he accomodated are cancelled flightthen our delayed replacement flight. He got us checked in at nearly midnight, and let us check out a bit later as we were exhausted from our difficult flight. What a great host and a lovely place to stay

Great location, memorable stay.

This BnB enjoys an excellent location from where to explore all of central Catania on foot. Piazza Duomo and the fish market with all the restaurants are basically just around the corner. The shopping street of via Etnea is essentially across the road. The old customs house is less than 15 minutes away on foot. Our room was comfortable, reasonably priced and nicely decorated. The property is at the first floor of a beautiful palazzo (which does need some attention and has no lift). We each had a small luggage, so walking up the stairs of the common parts was not a great deal.

The location is absolutely central—perfect for exploring the city on foot, with plenty of restaurants and eateries just steps away. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by our friendly host, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and we really appreciated the personal touches and attention to detail.
