The rooms are very good, but the bathroom is terribly small. You can barely move inside. Also the breakfast needs improving. No variety of food.

Great hotel but different description

The hotel itself was very good and clean, with a reasonable price. Breakfast was also very delicious. One thing, the room description was different than the actual condition. For example, the online description said it's "Deluxe double room" with 1 king bed and 1 single bed, but actually there was only 1 king bed. We had to add one more extra bed, but were asked to pay 600 SAR for 4 nights. We don't understand why we had to pay, but the hotel insisted and we had no choice but to pay for the extra costs.

Our stay at Modrest was great and so easy and comfortable. And one big reason was the staff!! They were all amazing and so attentive and ever ready to help. We were liaising with Yousef over WhatsApp even before coming and he was so helpful and gave us a lot of assurance regarding all our concerns. And I can safely say that everything he promised, he delivered! And when we arrived, we were well taken care of by the staff too, especially Aziz at the front desk and Mahfouz at the hotel lounge. They were friendly, helpful and were reachable at almost any time of the day. They were always prompt with their help too. Overall, the staff made the hotel stay extremely comfortable. We were travelling with a 5-month old too so all their help was critical. Thanks so much Modrest team! Haresh & Stef
