Resort is beautiful and well-kept. The food at the restaurant buffet is excellent. Great variety of items for breakfast. The beach is wonderful. On the negative side, all guests were eating indoors when everyone knows that that's the worst thing you can do during the pandemic. We would get our food and walk outside to eat at one of the outdoor tables. Brazilians did not seem to care as they would all eat indoors. Really a shame!

Hotel was great! I was concerned about one of the review that said the hotel has a street in the middle of the hotel, since I have small kids. In fact, the hotel has a little street that goes across, but it is very calm and a lot of people watching. Include the security guards.

Hotel Armaçao
The Hotel is a little priced high for what you get. The room was nice. Unfortunately they put me in a room where there were working on a room right above mine. All day long I had to listen to electric saws, talking and pounding. I came to relax and not hear that noise. If they had to do the work then don't book people in the room beneath it. If you do, start work after breakfast when people are out and about. They also were using leaf blowers during the evening when we were back in the room trying to relax for the night. Can't you start at 10 am and finish by 6 pm???? Also My wife and I bought food at the restaurant service window and were watching the musical show. It started raining and we asked if we could sit inside. They told us that we weren't allowed. WHAT??? Did you forget that I'm a paying customer???? I bought the food from the restaurant!!!! Bottom line the people who run the hotel need to go to Cancun and learn something. I've stayed at many places and this place rated just OK. One other thing, the hotel is across the street from the ocean. Forget an Ocean view..... so there you have it....disappointed? YES, would I go back? NO, not to this place.

Tumultuo, excursão escolar e bullying
O hotel possui uma boa estrutura e funcionarios educados. Notamos algumas lampadas queimadas no jardim e infiltrações leves nas paredes do quarto. A alimentação é saborosa. O negativo foi quando chegou uma escursão de adolescentes no fim de semana e tumultuou o restaurante e um grupo de 4 meninos de 10 ou 12 anos praticaram bullying contra meu filho de 5 anos. Conversei com a adulta que os acompanhava solicitando um pedido de desculpas que desconversou o assunto, falando ser "normal" criancas maiores apelidarem, constrangirem e fazerem outras chorarem. Informei o ocorrido a gerencia do hotel que disse que iria organizar um pedido de desculpas e não aconteceu nada. Não voltaria no Armação e não recomendo que uma familia com criancas pequenas vá. Pode ter o azar de estar junto com uma excursão, sofrer com o tumultuo e ter lidar com adolescentes com poucos adultos os assistindo. Como no meu caso, era um adulto cuidando de 4 adolescentes. . A proposta eram ser 5 dias de descanso com a familia. Mas, depois desse fato, nosso unico desejo era ir embora e isso estragou os ultimos dois dias de nossa estadia.
