This hotel was perfect for young families. Very clean and organized, with helpful staff, extremely spacious rooms, and individual laundry facilities. It was also directly next to a market, and was conveniently located near a train station and numerous restaurants and bars. Overall, we loved the hotel, the location, and the people.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our family of five! Three teenage kids plus my wife and I but the room was definitely big enough for all of us. Perfect location, right in the heart of Kyoto. My family and I loved this hotel so much! It was located in the perfect spot right along the Takase River and Pontocho Alley, with a Family Mart downstairs in the same building. The room set-up was spacious, stylish and so comfortable with all the amenities to make our stay easy and comfortable. We were so sad when we had to check out. Walking around all the most charming parts of Kyoto was made even better knowing we had this awesome hotel to come back to, just steps away from the best of it all. I would 100% stay here again and tell all my friends and family to do the same.

Amazing hotel and amazing location. Room comfortably slept 2 adults and 3 teenagers all over 6’ tall. Room had in unit washer dryer. Located in the heart of Kyoto. Great food, shopping, and transportation options. Would highly recommend for any family.

We had a fantastic stay at the Stitch hotel. This is in a perfect location so you could walk out to the station, enjoy the bustling streets, Nishiki market etc. The staff especially Sumi, went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, research information and make us feel welcomed. The amenities are exactly as described and having the washer in the room was a game changer. Would highly recommend this place to all travelers
