Value for money stay.

For a low budget Motel the room was clean, quiet and comfortable and good value for money. Comfortable bed and would stay there again. Shopping not within walking distance but a take away pizza shop and Petrol station with well stocked convenience store 150 mtrs away. Limited stock of alcoholic bevereges available at Reception.

I cannot recommend this motel. Our room was described as a "Superior Family Room"... I would hate to see an inferior family room. We paid a high price for this room because it was a long weekend and I have to say it definitely was not value for money. The motel was probably built in the 1960s, the carpark had so many craters in it it looked like a minefield. The "decor" of the room was terrible - very shoddy paintwork, veneer falling off cupboards and drawers. We found two used mugs in a drawers that had obviously not been washed. The toilet had a large chunk of porcelain missing... fortunately on the rim! The motel is also on a busy road, so was quite noisy. On the positive side I found our bed quite comfortable and the linen was clean. However, $242 for a single night was exorbitant for this motel.

Property requires a lot of maintenance/updating, internet wasn't usable but beds were comfortable

Property and room stunk like cigarette smoke. Was conviently postioned for what we needed, but our bags and clothes still smelt like smoke when we got home from our trip. Aircon did keep room cool. Albeit it was almost 30 degrees overnight.
