Staff was 10 out of 10, very helpful and kind. Hotel has security at night so you know you and your vehicle are safe. Hotel is basically off the freeway & its close to any kind of shopping that will fit your needs. I stayed at this hotel for multiple days and had NO issues... I want to say thanks to the staff from the front to the staff who does the ground keeping, THANK YOU!

Fine for a night
It was fine for arriving late into phx. Just needed a night’s sleep to drive north next day. There is a pool and elevator if you need for second floor. Bed was comfortable and all you need there.

Would probably not stay again
When we arrived the outside looked pretty good although there was a lot of construction going on . The young girl at check in was very nice . We got to our room and it was awful , this room was not fit for anyone to stay in . There was a filthy dirty couch and the bathroom door was shattered at the bottom . I had already paid in full to Hotels.com . I went back to front desk she offered to change our room because tv did not work . I asked if she had a nicer room . We got to the new room , it had been updated instead of dirty couch it had a table with 4 hard chairs , a tv and an unfurnished kitchenette . It was clean just not real comfortable . At first glance the area seems to be OK , then we noticed homeless people with grocery carts in the area . Probably wouldn’t stay here again . I think they are trying to make this place better but they should shut it down until it is finished .

Nice room, the property is in transition.
The property is being renovated. My room was new and in very good shape. The renovation means that there are storage containers taking up about half the parking places. Some rooms are being worked on and it looks like the workers are being housed in the facility. The trash was not being emptied and there was trash from the remodel laying around.

No toilet paper
There was no toilet paper in the room. None. Not even a place to put toilet paper. My wife got stranded on the toilet and I had to run to the front desk. The bathroom sink was clogged. The exterior was shabby and gross with litter laying around.

The staff were pleasant, the room was not at all what was pictured on the site, for instance i wanted the room shown with 2 armrests chairs for leisure, what i got was basically a wobbly card table with 4 hard chairs, the desk chair was melded plastic. The bed had a metal frame with corners protruding several inches, banged my legs a few times. No heat in the bed room area, transfer fan not working. Parking lot half filled with construction materialsand conex boxes, hard to find spots. Outside stairs to the 3rd floor. Absolutely nothing on the walls, except the TVs, creating echoing, from talking on the phone to watching TV. In the Bathroom, no TP holder, no shelf in the shower, water temp in shower would not get hot enough for my satisfaction. Finally located paper cups, on top of the microwave, on top of yhe fridge. A 4-cup coffee maker with 2 one cup coffee pouches, no sweetner, no creamer, no stir stick, nothing. Its as though the room was not ready to occupy. Only 2 of the 3 pillows had pillow cases. Pretty disappointing overall room experience, except the floor lay-out was fine. I find it hard to understand the 7.6 listed ratings, i give it a 6.6 at best.

The staff was nice and the bedding seemed clean but I would never shower there or sit on the couch. There was holes in the bathroom wall, tub/shower was stained (at least I hope it was stains) and the couch was stained and had rips. If I weren’t desperate for somewhere to stay for a few hours I would’ve definitely left.

The hotel was okay. It could use some cleaning/renovating. Water pressure in the shower was weak. The staff were nice. My room was quiet. Good HBO selection.

that ROOM got us SICK
It was great, until when we got back and realized our hotel must not have been cleaned good enough before we came in and my partner and I both came down with AFLUENZA or type a flu and the only place we can think of is the hotel. That rlly bummed us out that and the room smelt like cigarette smoke even though it said non smoking and the fan dried us out sooooo much, it might be filters of the fans or something but that room got us SICK.

Terrible kitchen
The staff was nice but the conditions of the hotel were pretty bad . I had reserved a room with kitchentte and the stove didn’t even work I had just bought groceries and couldn’t cook .. I had to go and buy a stove top plug in unit to cook the food I had just bought .. I told the front desk the next day they sent someone and they couldn’t fix it so they just left it and it doesn’t have pots and pans like other kitchettes I have gotten the fridge is so tiny I could put anything in it . That was my down fall the place was a little on the bad side of town but no one bothered us .. but the kitchen thing was terrible spent money I shouldn’t have had too

Unfinished
They are in the middle of a remodel but renting rooms that aren’t done. The first room we were in had lights that didn’t turn off. We were moved and the second room had exposed metal pieces in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper holder, so the toilet paper sat on the counter. The kitchenette area has no light at all. The AC only worked in one half of the space. There were large pieces of trash all over the place that had been removed from rooms but not taken care of.
