Front desk staff with the exception of a few could take customer service cues from housekeeping and restaurant staff who were always smiling and jovial. When extending my stay for several more days, morning of 3/8, the gentlemen in the grey suit with a beard (I didn’t get his name) at the front desk quibbled over getting two key cards, and generally seemed disgruntled and passive aggressive. Other than that, beds, wifi and general cleanliness of the hotel were great. I wish the gym were open, I didn’t see any active solution to repairing whatever damage occurred, just a passive solution.
